Analyst, Regulatory Affairs

Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA) is currently seeking a motivated Analyst, Regulatory Affairs to join our team in Washington, D.C.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for Medicaid policy to work directly on federal activities impacting the managed care industry. Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Affairs, you will play a key role in developing policy positions and enhancing relationships with federal agencies and member plans.

Position Highlights:

  • Role: Analyst, Regulatory Affairs
  • Location: Washington, D.C.
  • Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000

What We Are Looking For:

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or Law degree preferred) and 3–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Medicaid or managed care policy. Key responsibilities include analyzing proposed rulemaking, drafting comment letters, and supporting MHPA’s Policy and Regulatory Committee.

Events & Engagement Coordinator

Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA) is currently seeking an organized Events & Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Washington, D.C.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for event details and member engagement to work directly on impactful activities for the managed care industry. Reporting to the Vice President, Member Engagement, you will play a key role in executing successful conferences, managing webinars, and enhancing relationships with member plans and partners.

Position Highlights:

  • Role: Events & Engagement Coordinator
  • Location: Washington, D.C.
  • Salary Range: $65,000–$70,000

What We Are Looking For:

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field and 2–4 years of experience in event support or association management. Key responsibilities include coordinating member communications, supporting webinar production, and assisting with on-site conference execution.
