Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA) sent a letter to Senate and House Leaders this week urging Congress to proceed with caution if considering a wind down of the enhanced Federal Matching Assistance Percentage (FMAP) and Maintenance of Effort (MOE) continuous eligibility provisions, which were included in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
