In a letter to the House and Senate leadership, MHPA called on lawmakers to prioritize policy proposals that protect and improve Medicaid for the vulnerable populations that rely on this critical safety net program.  MHPA reiterated its position on termination of the enhanced FMAP and continuous Eligibility / Maintenance of Effort (MOE) provisions included in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, underscoring the need for 120-days advance notice of enactment of such a policy.
